GUEST INFORMATION

• Check in from 3.30pm onwards. Check out by 11am. 
• This is a no smoking/no vaping property.
• We do not have any household pets and do not accept guests animals either.
• Please note that the King size bedroom is up one flight of stairs.
• Small Double room has a separate bathroom and incorporates a shower over the bath. Grab rails are  in-situ.
• We accept 1 child, under the age of 15, in the main guest bedroom sharing with  parents. Cots are to be provided by guest. For children aged 3+ a small guest bed is provided. There is an additional charge for children aged 3 to 15 years at £30 per day.
• Guests are welcome to bring take away food back to the house for consumption, although we ask that hot food be taken in the dining room or garden and not the bedrooms. We’re happy to provide crockery and cutlery.
• We offer evening meal options, with notice. Anything from 3 course dinners (see current seasonal dinner menu), lighter meals such as cheese/deli boards, salads and sandwiches. Please ask.
• Guests are reminded that we are a small bed and breakfast and not a hotel, therefore access and facilities is limited to those advertised.
